Microsoft.co.in - not owned by Microsoft?

Okay, this comes as a big surprise to us. While trying to locate the Superhero song from Microsoft, we typed in "Microsoft.co.in" and reached a site with no connection to Microsoft what-so-ever; a company called eTechSupport. The domain Whois records point to:

Registrant Name:Piyush Somani
Registrant Organization:eTechSupport.net
Registrant Street1:303, Rohan Heights, Model Colony
Registrant City:Nashik
Registrant State/Province:Maharashtra

Did Microsoft forget to renew this domain too, like Hotmail.com? Or is a victim of a hijacked/cybersquatted domain?

This domain name was registered when .co.in domain registration was made public. Microsoft didnt contact us so far to get this domain name so its still with us.

They dont find it important to get this domain name as their indian work runs from http://microsoft.com/in/
