Holy Asimov. So, the next time you want to build a robot and program it you might not need to work with C or assembly; as long as you are using Microsoft Robotics Studio i.e.

The Microsoft Robotics Studio uses a visual programming tool to develop applications for robotics and developers can simulate robotic applications using realstic 3D models, while having the ability to  extend their applications with MIcrosoft Visual Studio and languages like C# & VB.NET as well as Jscript and Microsof Iron Python. Of course, the .NET architecture also makes it easy for developers to access things like robot sensors and actuators from even a web-browser. That's neat.

The preview edition of Microsot Robotics Studio  is currently available as a free download rom the MSDN site (you will need Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2). If you are a developer and someone who works with robots grab a copy.
