Is Microsoft making the iPod killer? Well, if sources are believed "yes" they are. Actually,l why not, after all the digital music player is today the hottest profit maker for Apple; and surely it couldn't hurt to get a pie of that action for Microsoft .
According to Reuters, Microsoft could be building a music player with audio & video (la iPod) as well as a iTunes kind of subscription service. It's a good idea to have competition, but can Microsoft pull it off after the debacle with the Origami & UMPC? That's the big question.
