What is Apple launching in Macworld 2006 expo, which starts today? Everyone is putting their pennies (including CNN, which is linked to this story) on a few of these things:

New iPods, iPod Shuffle: We carried a piece on a new iPod shuffle, with a screen, which is being rumored to be launched in the expo. Strong sentiments are also being floated for an "iPod Boombox", an iPod with built-in boom-box speakers and a 1GB iPod Nano.
Mac Mini Update: A new Mac-mini with Frontrow, Apple's entertainment software.
Intel based Macs: Ever since Apple announced the move to Intel chips for it's entire series of Macs and Powerbooks last year, every one has been waiting for the announcement of the availablity of these machines. Macworld Expo could be the event for it.

What else? Rumor mills are also churning out news of Apple HDTV's and wide-screen iBooks. Well, it's just a matter of few hours before we know.
